I haven’t measured myself since I started over 12 days ago. Here are my current measurements….
Hips: 49in. (was 50)
Stomach: 48in. (was 49)
Chest: 49.5in. (was 53)
My thighs and calves haven’t changed at all. I also have not exactly worked on them, so that could be why. There’s always this week! 🙂
Goal this week: Get out of the 240’s on the scale!
