1/2/13: Quit Smoking
1/3/13: Walked 3 miles
1/3/13: Lost 2 pounds
1/20/13: Down 10.4 pounds!!! Woo Hoo!!
2/2/13: Yesterday, walked 3.13 in 57:13! Also, down 13.8 lbs and shared my new look with the world! 🙂 Go me!
